I got the three-meat, two sides plate for eat-in on Saturday at noonish. During my 90-minute stay, there were about seven or eight other customers. The place is clean enough and smells fine. The β€œgreenhouse” section is pleasant and the booths are comfortable. The meat plate arrived quickly enough. I got sliced brisket, pulled chicken, ribs, street corn, and a fountain beverage (yes, the fountain beverage points as a side). I also got the half-sweet, half-spicy sauce. The weird: The street corn was a little weird, and it had an odd β€œmetallic(?)” under-taste. It was ok, though. The β€œmeh”: The sliced brisket was not smokey or flavorful, and a little on the dry side. One slice in particular looked more like bacon and was leathery. I’ve had worse. It was β€œmeh.” I suspect the chopped brisket is better. The good: The pulled chicken was flavorful and moist. Especially good if you like Old Bay. The fatty bits were oddly not flavorful, but were also rare. The awesome: The ribs. OMG, the ribs! These were the best ribs I’ve had in a long time - perhaps ever. Moist, flavorful, perfectly caramelized, sweet and spicy, saucy but not too messy. Slow-cooked so long it falls right off and you co

The brisket was very tender but kinda seemed liked pre sliced lunch meat, not a lot of flavor. The sauce was good. The Mac and cheese had a mustache hair in my first bite so kinda yucky. The table could have been cleaned better. The greens were really good

Their ribs and collard greens are delicious. The staff are friendly when you visit. However, I STRONGLY encourage you NOT to order takeout! The ribs every time I have ordered out are clearly cut from different racks and dry on all sides. Not tender and juicy at all. I haven’t been impressed with any other sides than the collard greens yet, so today I opted for chips and salsa. WHAT. A. JOKE. I received a 2 oz portion cup of β€œsalsa” halfway filled (mind you, this is literally 2 tablespoons), and a handful of broken tortilla chips. It looks like they dumped the bottom of the bag into my container. I will say with absolute certainty that I will not ever order takeout from them again. Clearly, after FOUR delivery orders that were of similar quality, they only value the customers who can give them rebuttal for poor quality food served. $3.79 for 2 tablespoons of salsa and broken chips. Robbery!

This modest sized BBQ restaurant does a lot of take and delivery. All food is ordered at the counter and then is delivered to your table. The menu is printed on the wall and truly cannot be missed. Super easy to view. The aroma is out of this world. You can easily smell the kitchen as you open the door. The menu variety is respectable. We tried their brisket taco fusion. Very tender, tasty. The sweet and spicy sauce is more sweet than spicy. The tortillas appeared to be warmed in a microwave and ended up being extremely chewy. I'm personally not a fan of cheese sauce. But, everyone else truly enjoyed it. We will certainly be back. Would love to try to other creations.
